Uploading to Your Toniebox™
Follow these simple steps to add your story to Toniebox™
Download Your Story from Fablino
Click the "Download MP3" button on your story page. The file will be named something like "Maya_Courage_2024-11-27.mp3".
Tip: Save all your Fablino files in a dedicated folder for easy access later.
Go to Your Toniebox Account
Visit https://meine.tonies.de/ and log in with your Toniebox account credentials.
Select "Creative-Tonies"
Click on "Creative-Tonies" in the main menu. You'll see all your Creative-Tonie figures listed here.
Choose Your Creative-Tonie
Select which Creative-Tonie you want to add this story to. If you have multiple children, you might have different Tonies for each.
Tip: Name your Creative-Tonies by child or theme (e.g., "Emma's Bedtime Stories" or "Adventure Stories").
Click "Add Content"
Click the "Add content" or "Upload" button. This will open a file picker.
Upload Your MP3 File
Select the MP3 file you downloaded from Fablino. You can optionally add a title and cover image.
Tip: Use the story title as the file name for easy identification on your Tonie.
Sync Your Toniebox
Place your Creative-Tonie on your Toniebox. The LED will flash blue while syncing, then turn green when complete. Remove and place back on to start playing!
Tip: Initial sync can take 1-2 minutes. Make sure your Toniebox has a good WiFi connection.
Pro Tips for Toniebox™
- 1Each Creative-Tonie can store up to 90 minutes of content. Create themed collections (bedtime stories, adventure stories, learning stories).
- 2You can rearrange the order of stories on your Creative-Tonie by dragging them in the portal.
- 3Label your Creative-Tonies with stickers or permanent marker so kids know which one to grab.
- 4Create a "backup" folder on your computer with all your Fablino downloads in case you need to re-upload.

Each Creative-Tonie holds up to 90 minutes of audio. Fablino stories are typically 5-8 minutes, so you can fit 10-15 stories on a single Creative-Tonie. You can organize them by theme or child.
